TECHNOLOGY

AIRFLEX 550+ AND 300+ LIMESTONE NEOPRENE We feature 3 types of Airﬂex neoprene. 300+, 500+ and 550+ stretch. Airﬂex neoprene is made out of limestone neoprene and by changing the formula of the foaming agents we can determine the stretch in our raw material. Laminating with diﬀerent backings is determing the final ﬂex of the panels.
NATUREPRENE2® NaturePrene2® material is biobased rubber derived from rubber trees and is FSC certified. With NaturePrene2®, you’ll experience the same stretch, warmth, insulation, and durability as our current lineup, without compromising on costs.
GBS SEAMS Glued and Blindstitched Seams: Triple-glued panels are stitched using a special method, preserving water-tightness. Each thread is secured with tape, ensuring precise seam placement for a tailored fit. This design prevents overstretching, maintaining neoprene integrity and thermal insulation.
